Without further ado, on to the trip!

The new budget terminal. Really budget. Really spartan. Only Tiger uses this terminal for the time being.

This is the departure hall. Very empty.

The inside of the aircraft.

狗狗 not alone on this trip! Got kakis!!

The departure card which mistress keeps writing wrongly.

Mistress LOVES Clouds!

More Clouds!

Endless!

All fluffy and puffy!

A nice darkening of the skies, without the sun.

Finally we're at BKK. BKK is 1 hr slower than SG.

The gan chiong spiders waiting to alight.

Thai Cabs. Ohh their cabs come in all the bright colors!

We din do much on the 1st day since its already 9+ when we reached Montien right smack in the middle of Patpong, the famed red light district. Ya, but Montien aint no Hotel 88. No worries abt security.

After checking in, allocating luggage space n beds, switching channels on tv, we went out for some food and to walk the Patpong nite market jus across the road from the hotel. But it started pouring jus when we walked to the nearby outdoor food stalls and placed our orders. So we had to find some hidding place from the splattering rain while waiting for our noodles and watever we ordered.

We had to abandon our Patpong walk and da bao our noodles, cakes and skewered meat back to the hotel. Forgetting that we need bowls for our beef noodles, we had to take turns using Jeff's bowl from his seafood noodle. Having 3 ppl in a room and all drenched, we jus had to take turns showering, eating and preparing for bed.

Despite being full and stuffed, we off the lights a while after we finished eating and bathing as we had to prepare for an early morning.

3 hours to Day 2!
